This story is interesting and sad to me both at the same time. The message that the parents are sending to their child is wrong. In no way is sending a child that lives in one distract to another morally right. Education is huge for the student's future. If the family really values a good education then they should move to the better district or just pay the district, that their cheating, the tuition cost. Cheaters never win.

I do believe that it is morally wrong and deceiving to attempt getting around the system the district has put into place. However, I also know a parent who has taken these actions. She could not afford to move residences in order for her child to attend the prestigious school in town, therefore she took her mother's address as her own. Although, this act may seem deceptive, it shows that children are being denied the best education available due to the location of their residency. Should student's futures be punished due to their parents lack of income?

Obviously there is something right going in this particular school since there is more than one account. I agree with you about parents just simply paying the tax. It's inconvenient yes, to have to pay the tax of the district you live in, and the tax of the school you want to send your kids to. But if they had just paid tuition and tax to begin with, they wouldn't be in the trouble they are in now, and wouldn't be paying so much money in the long run. It's easier to just do the right thing.
