Kentucky Board Calls Special Meeting Wednesday

(FRANKFORT, Ky.) – The Kentucky Board of Education will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, January 7, in the State Board Room of the Capital Plaza Tower in Frankfort.

The meeting will begin at 1 p.m. The agenda will include consideration of a motion to accept the resignation of Kentucky Education Commissioner Jon E. Draud and consideration of a motion to approve steps to follow in filling the position of commissioner of education.
