Petrosko to Step Down from Committee?

Page One is reporting:

We hear through the grapevine that Joseph Petrosko, chair of the Department of Leadership, Foundations and Human Resource Education at the University of
Louisville, has decided to step down from the committee to review John Deasy’s
doctorate. Petrosko originally served on Deasy’s dissertation committee.

Stepping down is a great move on his part and removes any conflict of interest.

Just unfortunate that Jim Ramsey didn’t have the sense about him to avoid a conflict of interest to begin with.

Good. Joseph Petrosko may be a fine individual. I don't know. But given his connections to this disgrace, his presence on the committee would always be an invitation to doubt whatever conclusions came to pass.
