Felner Funneling Money to Fake Company?

Jake's got documents to show you over at Page One, documents showing that:

Robert Felner set up a $200,000 contract with his organization, National Center on Public Education and Prevention, located in Rock Island, IL a year after it was dissolved...

...Along with a $60,000 contract with the National Center on Public Education and Social Policy at the University of Rhode Island, years after Felner’s employment with the school ended...

...Because a fraudulent tax document was given to the University of Louisville and no one batted an eye lash...

Then WHAS TV 11 in Lousiville did a little butt kicking of their own:

Gary Kunich at the Kenosha News reports:
Felner set up a one-year contract on Sept. 1, 2007, with the center for $200,000 to process student and teacher surveys, more than a year after the corporation ceased to exist. William Morison, the open records officer, said there was also another personal contract between Louisville and the center, but the information in that contract wasn’t readily available.

Meanwhile in Wisconsin:

UW-Oshkosh Provost Likely To Lead UW-Parkside Temporarily [WISN]
UW-Parkside interim leader announced [Kenosha News]
New UW-Parkside interim chancellor picked [Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel]
New interim UW-Parkside chancellor endorsed [The Capital Times]
Via Racine Post, Interim chanceller for Parkside; he’s now provost at UW-Oshkosh [The Wheeler Report (PDF Link)]

Great work, Jake!
