Another suit?

A little birdy told me that another Pertilli suit - or perhaps an amendment to the first one - was filed today. Let's see if the paper has anything on it tomorrow.

In the meantime, I will be chasing the little white ball with my father, uncle Clyde, and a dozen other octogenarians.
