LEBANON, Ky. -- The Council on Postsecondary Education moved a step closer yesterday to hiring state Budget Director Brad Cowgill as its interim president.
Cowgill met for nearly two hours behind closed doors with a three-member committee authorized by the council to hire an interim president.
